The building has two service cores enabling flexible configurations to combine or divide its floor plate. 837 Arnaiz has 2 access points one along Arnaiz Avenue - a prime transport corridor servicing Pasay, EDSA, and the Skyway as well. Another access opens along Benavidez street - a quieter roadway close to AIM, the Greenbelt complex, and to Washington Sycip Park.
